I'll try and keep you posted on the slow build process.

You had better be a girl or gay otherwise you're a total faggit...

I got another one too, in case you can only be aroused by big black ones.

As long as I don't fuck up the build and it runs properly in the end, I just thought it'd be fun to show up at a class or competition and outshoot people with the total faggit gun.

I've been tempted to get an AR version just to try it out, maybe get the tan version as a alternate lower to my black metal lower.

Did you get v1 (like your pic) or v2 (my pic)

V2 has metal internal rails and much more forgiving if you fuck up cutting the rails.

MidwayUSA had Gen1 kits on sale for $50 a piece so I got two on a lark. The Gen2 looks way better but they were still $150. It looks pink in the picture but it's listed as purple and in person it looks like a light easter egg purple.

I'm planning on testing my build with my existing, definitely functional Glock 22 upper and then assembling a Glock 34/35 slide with a threaded .357 Sig barrel and ideally a cut for an RMR too. Eventually I'd like 5.5 inch barrels in 9mm and .40 too.

I'm considering doing as much of the build as possible with one of these and high-grit sandpaper, or otherwise without power tools just for the funsies.

Thoughts?
