More pew pew. The Glock 17 MOS was a bit of a "what the hell" buy. A good host for an Aimpoint ACRO whenever that comes out. The MK4 is to replace my MK2 as a training gun, and the Sig P365 because I'm on a pocket pistol kick.

Dan Wesson Bruin 10mm. (Blemished. Though I can't find the blem.)

I was at my LGS and asked, "Got anything cool?"

I'd never even heard about this gun before but I'd been thinking about getting a nice 1911, and thinking about a Dan Wesson, and thinking about a 10mm. Then those three things just fell into my lap.

I love the bronze frame and the 6 inch barrel. Damn! I pick it up next Friday and just ordered a variety of 10mm ammo.

got rid of most of my guns around the time i stopped coming here.

but once the laws changed here a few years ago, and enabled me to have a buckshot flinging 18'' shotty, I couldn't resist the temptation to build myself a psuedo cop shotgun from a worn down 1977 wingmaster, added wilson combat sights, cerakote and reworked the trigger housing with new parts.

and since 2010, I can also tell you I've become a rampant Glock fanatic, put 20000+ rounds through a 17 gen4 FS before I got this 19X.

and that other POS I'm stuck with until im 55 years old. Gonna get a magpul grip and stock that actually agrees with human anatomy, and hope the quartermaster doesn't notice.

Hey Balci! Good to see you here again! I hope the search for a Sjögren in 12 gauge is going well

Pistols with stocks still require registration as SBRs, with a few historical exemptions such as broomhandle mausers, lugers, and chinese and canadian Hi-powers. The recent trend of using pistol braces gets around the SBR requirement, since the brace is not considered a stock.

Also, behold my Destructive Device! LMT M203 receiver (registered on a Form 1 as a DD) + DS Arms 12" long 40mm barrel. Still waiting on the LMT mounting kit to arrive. Going to get a beehive insert next.

Now I have at least 1 of every NFA stamp type: MG, DD, Suprressor, SBR, SBS, AOW.

Most recent build.
Found a very abused 870 SP, in nine shades of Krylon.
Said 'Nope". Offered 150.

Got it.
The stock plastic furniture was done. Bulged from the solvents, and, well, "plastic".

Found a set of hideous laminate furniture on fleabay for $15.00
I can sand this. And, it's laminate wood. basically indestructible.

Then I walked into a gun shop and said "I have $100.00 and want the shortest legal barrel I can own, for a remmy 870" *while waving five $20 dollar bills round^

Then I decided to have it refinished. The "Special Purpose" 870's were from the factory, camoflauged. nd rather well done. But the muppet before me had decided to lather this one with OD green. Since he was a motherfucking muppet, who knows.

So I paid someone 100.00 to blast the nastyness off it, and cerakote it, and two tubes, matte black.
So if I ever decide to take leave of my tenacious hold on my sanity and take up ...DUCK HUNTING.. I will have a gun for it.

That aside, for now, it has a 18,5" cylinder bore, lapped internals, and is CERA koted (instead of the cheaper finish)

She is VERY slick.

Quick question, did you use the same serial number that is on pistol for your SBR form? Or do you have to engrave a new Serial number?

I have the vz 58 pistol that I wanted to turn into a SBR, but I been really lazy...>>99374
